Raph Graybill is a fifth-generation Montanan from Great Falls. He serves as Chief Legal Counsel to Governor Steve Bullock.

​Raph is a proud product of the Great Falls Public Schools system. He is a graduate of Columbia University, Yale Law School, and the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar.

​Raph served as an Auxiliary Police Officer with the New York City Police Department while studying in college. As an attorney, Raph worked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in private practice as a lawyer for entrepreneurs and small businesses harmed by unfair business practices.
