Talking Points:

• Specifically targeted at outing trans youth, and making school unsafe for them

• This bill makes it impossible for schools to implement and enforce anti-bullying policies

• When trans and non-binary  students are supported in their schools, they’re healthy, happy, members of their schools

• Why are legislators in Helena trying to push their way in to how local teachers run their classrooms? Especially when we know that this type of control / legislation will hurt our students.
