HB 462 would stop over $30 million in voter approved revenue from the Habitat Montana program and prevent the program from tapping those funds again.

There is enough marijuana revenue to fund to protect Habitat Montana’s funding and contribute over $70 million to the state’s general fund.

This bill reneges on the governor’s agreement with hunters, anglers, conservation, putting Montana’s outdoor heritage on the backburner again.
