• Montanans want less partisanship and politicking in our elections. This bill would explicitly add more partisan politics into our independent, non-partisan elections

• This November’s judiciary election made it clear that Montanans do not want overly political judicial elections, by rejecting the candidate who ran on a hyper partisan platform with partisan endorsements

• Why would the bill sponsors ignore the will of Montanans and make our elections more partisan?
