Steve Arvouschoug has been with the Big Sky Economic Development Authority, a county and regional economic development agency headquartered in Billings, MT, for nearly 12 years. Previously, Arvouschoug was the Executive Director for the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo Authority, a mixed-use redevelopment project featuring a downtown river walk and commercial/civic development. He is a graduate of University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a MBA in Public Administration and Montana Tech with a BS Society and Technology.
