MDLCC highly recommends all trainings to first time candidates.

If you can’t attend a training, there will be recordings available and potentially more training opportunities at a later date.

If you have members of your team that you think would benefit, they can attend the training as well.

MDLCC will be Requiring candidates to complete at least one VAN 101 training session this cycle, so this is an opportunity to knock it out early.  Also, VAN is perhaps the single most important tool for your campaign and isn’t the easiest piece of software to find your way around, so this training is very useful for everyone.
