After a lengthy interview, MFPE has endorsed Supreme Court Justice Ingrid Gustafson for re-election to the Montana Supreme Court.  Justice Gustafson will need our help to get elected.

We need your help to re-elect Justice Ingrid Gustafson to Montana’s Supreme Court. Please participate in this event and bring along friends, family and colleagues.

Justice Gustafson is running for re-election in 2022 to serve another term on the Montana Supreme Court. There is a June 7, 2022 primary, during which she is vying to be one of the top two vote earners, allowing her to be on the ballot for the general election on September 6, 2022.

As Justice Gustafson wrote in her formal announcement of her candidacy:

“With nearly twenty years of judicial experience, I understand the gravity of judicial decisions and the significant impact those decisions have on litigants. I also understand the Supreme Court’s responsibility to clearly provide consistent guidance to trial courts, attorneys, and Montanans. I have not and do not take the responsibility and trust placed in me lightly. I will continue to work hard, study the law, and strive to make principled, well-reasoned decisions.”
