• This bill defends the constitutional right to privacy, by enshrining the right to abortion (as ruled by the 1999 Armstrong decision) into Montana law

• It’s critical that we support reproductive freedom and access to reproductive care for the health and safety of Montanans.

• The courts decided on this in 1999 – it’s time to enshrine it in our laws.

• Please protect our constitutional rights
