“Senator Steve Daines failure to show up today and answer tough questions from his bosses — the people of Montana — was a cowardly move,” said Nancy Keenan, executive director of the Montana Democratic Party. “Montana has only three voices representing us in Washington D.C. and they need to be listening to all of us, not just those who offer up the most campaign cash. Senator Daines should be ashamed of himself for once again failing to show up for Montanans.”
