PSC, District 2 Debate

Tom Towe has called for a genuine debate between the two Candidates for the Public Service Commission, District 2.  District 2 includes most of Billings except a large part of the North side of the City. The candidates are Susan Bilo, Democrat, and Brad Molnar, Republican.

The Community Room of the Billings Public Library has been reserved for this purpose at 6:00 o’clock, Friday, October 18.  It is officially sponsored by Climate Week 2024 of which Towe is chairman, but is featured as an independent effort to allow more people to understand more about a critical position in State Government.

“Questions like how much of the renovation of the Colstrip Power Plants should the electricity customers be required to pay, if any, are hugely important questions,” Towe said. Again, “How much of the increase requested by Northwest Energy, if any, should be approved. I hope the people of Billings will have an opportunity to hear from the candidates; the winner will have to make some very important  decisions that will immediately affect virtually all of us,” he said.
