Documentary & Discussion Featuring An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power

Presented by the Yellowstone Democrats, join us for a special screening of An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, Al Gore’s powerful follow-up to the groundbreaking An Inconvenient Truth. The film takes a closer look at the urgent global climate crisis and the political and scientific battles surrounding it — and ends on a note of hope, showing how communities and leaders around the world are stepping up to fight for the planet’s future.

Following the screening, Dr. Elizabeth Nelson will lead an engaging discussion exploring the film’s key themes, including the science behind climate change, the real-world impacts we’re already seeing, and the steps individuals and communities can take to make a difference.

Proceeds from this event will go directly toward supporting candidates who are committed to advocating for strong, sustainable environmental protection policy. Your attendance isn’t just an evening well spent — it’s a direct investment in the kind of leadership our communities need.

Whether you’re a longtime climate advocate or just beginning to explore these issues, this is an afternoon designed to inform, inspire, and spark meaningful conversation.
