Welcoming Schools National A Day of Reading

Come support this local Day of Reading in reinforcement of transgender and non-binary youth right here in Montana hosted by local organizers. Show your support so that these youth know and feel that they are seen, they are loved, and that they are safe.

Saturday, March 30th from 2:00 pm – 4 pm located at Sacred Grounds at 2050 King Ave W STE 2, Billing’s, MT 59102.

This is a welcoming event for all ages! We deeply encourage any members of the community to join us as we take action against the current political climate here in Montana because books shouldn’t be banned. By hosting this event locally, we hope to establish a safe and inclusive environment knowing that by sharing stories of transgender and non-binary youth that this is essential for creating welcoming and inclusive classrooms.

We will have 3 guest readers for each book that will have questions for discussion after. So, join us and local community members for together we are breaking down barriers and fostering inclusivity. Together we can create a more inclusive and understanding society, where everyone feels valued and safe.
